Yoga and Bellydance For Depression

Peel and shake off the winter blues with yoga and bellyance! In this workshop full of backbends and shimmies to put your energy through the roof you shall feel the heat of summer! A combination of rythmic vinyasa sequences, backbends, kundalini yoga, bellydance, pranayama and chanting with seated meditation will lighten your heart! Available for all levels and great for combating Seasonal Affective Disorder and depression. DO bring bottled water and prepare to smile and sweat
