Class Descriptions
“Fitness Yoga Flow” is a smooth, flowing, mindful yoga class suitable for all fitness levels. This is a basic introduction to yoga poses with gentle moves and stretches to improved flexibility, balance and muscular endurance. Deep breathing exercises help to calm and rejuvenate the mind. An atmosphere of peace and tranquillity will lift the spirit, and release stress, while you are led through each movement.
“Bellyfit” is a Fusion Fitness Program For Women Only. In the first half hour of the class is cardiovascular, burn calories, relieve stress and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn cardio moves infused with the ancient and beautiful fundamentals of Belly Dance, Bollywood, Bhangra & African Dance. During the second half of the class, enjoy sculpting, toning and tightening withPilates inspired core work, a relaxing Yoga inspired stretch.
